Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CommunityXai platform (the "Service"), provided by Hashatgroup S.A.S., a company incorporated in Ecuador, doing business as CommunityManagerXai(also referred to as "CommunityXai"). By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CommunityXai lets businesses configure AI agents to automatically respond to direct messages and comments on Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and other supported channels. The business owner is solely responsible for the content sent on their behalf by the agent and for keeping their AI agent configuration aligned with applicable laws and platform policies.

2. Account & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for the security of your credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Violate the Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, or the applicable channel's policies.
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or abuse the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Pricing & billing

Subscription plans, per-integration pricing, and AI usage budgets are displayed on the pricing page and within your dashboard. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. AI usage above the included pool is billed at cost plus a small margin or consumed from your own API key if configured.

5. AI-generated content

Responses produced by the AI agent are generated automatically based on the configuration and knowledge base supplied by the business. CommunityXai makes no warranty that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate. The business owner can pause the AI per conversation at any time from the inbox.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Meta Platforms, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Supabase, Vercel and other providers. Use of those integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or breach platform policies. On termination we delete conversation data and access tokens per the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommunityXai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect.
