Data Deletion Instructions

CommunityXai respects your right to delete data we hold about you. This page explains how end users and businesses can request deletion of data we collected through our integration with Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) or other supported channels.

Option 1 — Revoke access from Facebook / Instagram

If you are a business owner who connected a Page or Instagram Business Account to CommunityXai, you can revoke our access in seconds:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Find CommunityXai in the list.
  3. Click Remove.

Once revoked, Meta will notify us via a signed data deletion callback. We delete the corresponding access tokens within 24 hours and purge associated conversation data within 30 days.

Option 2 — Delete from inside CommunityXai

If you have a CommunityXai account, open Dashboard → Integrations, select the channel to remove, and click Eliminar. This deletes the integration, its access token, and associated conversations.

Option 3 — Submit a manual request

If you sent a message to a business that uses CommunityXai and want your conversation content deleted, fill out the form below. We process requests within 30 days and email you a confirmation code.

If you know your Meta user ID or Instagram handle, provide it to speed up the lookup. Otherwise we'll search by email.

We respond within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
